MyBB is a piece of software known as a forum or bulletin board. It allows you to engage publicly with your customers.
For example, you can have a forum (this is like a folder) called "Testimonials". Customers, either registered members or guests (this is configurable) can post thier comments about your service. Another example may be to give support to your customers. Or perhaps you will have a forum for general chit chat or the local area.
You can configure who can post in which forums, and assign groups to members such as "moderator" typically given to other staff that can delete topics etc, or "Verified Customer" so you can sort out customers from regular users or interested buyers.

The Admin Control Panel gives you an extensive overview of your forum and allows you to tweak the board to your preffered settings.
The forum is easily customisable with themes and offers a simple, clutter-free layout for your visitors to navigate through.
Making a new topic is easy. Enter a title and message, customise the font, insert images or videos etc and then click the "Post" button.
